Testech Solutions Australia offers a comprehensive range of high-quality pressure gauges, including both dial and digital types, as well as precision pressure transducers. Our products are designed to meet the demands of material testing, force measurement, and various industrial applications. With options tailored for durability and accuracy, our solutions support reliable performance across diverse testing environments.
High-Performance Pressure Transducers
Testech Solutions Australia offers a range of high-precision pressure transducers designed for accuracy, stability, and long-term reliability. Ideal for applications in industrial automation, metrology, and research and development laboratories, these transducers are built to withstand demanding conditions and deliver dependable performance.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 17-4 PH stainless steel, our transducers feature monolithic construction, eliminating the need for seals or gaskets. This design ensures exceptional stability with minimal hysteresis and zero drift over time. Each unit is equipped with a full-bridge strain gauge, providing consistent performance even under high dynamic stresses or pressure peaks.
Our transducers undergo rigorous thermal compensation, testing, and calibration, with every unit fully laser-welded and encapsulated for superior durability and environmental resistance.

DFP Series Digital Gauges
Testech Solutions Australia offers the DFP Series digital gauges, engineered with advanced technology to deliver high reliability, versatility, and cost-effectiveness. These gauges convert pressure measurements directly into force units—such as kN, daN, tons, or kg—providing real-time display of applied load for straightforward monitoring.
Ideal for modern measurement systems, these gauges excel in material testing machines, printing presses, test benches, and other automated environments, particularly in industrial applications where precision better than 0.10% is essential.
The DFP Series is battery-powered for up to one year, offering practical autonomy. An easy-to-use programming menu allows adjustments to digital filtering for stable measurements under fluctuating pressures, customizable display resolution, and unit selection. The monolithic stainless steel sensor ensures long-term stability, even under dynamic pressures.
Key Features:
- Pressure ranges from 10 to 3000 bar
- Long-lasting battery life (~1 year)
- Programmable resolution, digital filter, and baud rate
- Zero and peak measurement functions
- Continuous analog pressure indication (bar graph)
- Optional external power supply and RS232 output
- Optional built-in protective case
Quick Analyzer Software
Testech Solutions Australia provides the versatile Quick Analyzer software, designed to seamlessly connect any PC to AEP transducers via serial or USB channels. With intuitive channel configuration and sensor setup, users can monitor communication status, perform tests, save test result curves, calculate key metrics, and generate certificates.
Quick Analyzer supports up to 16 instruments on an RS232 or USB line, with compatibility for USB adapters for systems without serial ports. The software enables users to view multiple curves simultaneously on a single graph with distinct colors for easy identification or individually for focused analysis.
Compatible with the full range of AEP equipment, Quick Analyzer streamlines data collection and analysis for efficient, precise testing.
GPM Series Manual Pressure Generators
The GPM Series manual pressure generators are designed to support the precise calibration and verification of dial gauges, pressure transducers, transmitters, and switches, using first-line samples with ACCREDIA certification. Featuring a pressurization system with an internal piston and micrometric adjustment via a screw mechanism, these generators allow for accurate pressure control with minimal effort.
Constructed from stainless steel (GPM2000 and GPM3000) or lightweight aluminum (GPM700) for easier handling, the generators include a central reservoir for hydraulic fluid, a drain ball valve, a secure transport-sealing system, and two ½ Gas connections for connecting the reference gauge and the gauge under test. A preload manual pump is also included for quick circuit filling before fine pressure adjustment.
Each GPM generator comes with seals and a durable carrying case with compartments for sample gauges. Ideal for quality-certified companies and laboratories, these generators facilitate regular, precise monitoring of pressure instruments with high standards of reliability.
Calibration Software for Pressure Gauges
This Calibration Software is designed to streamline the calibration and metrological confirmation of pressure gauges measuring both positive and vacuum pressures, in compliance with EN ISO 9001 standards. Following the guidelines set forth in the “Guide for the Calibration of Pressure Gauges” EA-10/17, the software guides the operator through each phase of the calibration process.
After completing a calibration test, the software performs essential calculations, including error readings as a percentage of full scale and expanded uncertainties (U and U’) in pressure units. All calibration certificates are automatically generated, printed, and securely stored in a database, creating a comprehensive record of all calibrations performed.
