Environmental Test Equipment

Testech Solutions Australia supplies a comprehensive range of environmental test chambers designed for temperature, humidity, and climatic simulation. These chambers are used to evaluate the performance, durability, and stability of materials, components, and assemblies under controlled environmental conditions.

With precise control of temperature, humidity, and thermal cycling, our systems meet the needs of materials testing laboratories, research institutions, and manufacturing quality control facilities. Testech provides complete support including chamber selection, installation, commissioning, and NATA-accredited calibration services to ensure consistent, traceable results.

FAQ Section

Q1: What is an environmental test chamber used for?
It reproduces environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to test how materials or products perform under real-world conditions.

Q2: What temperature and humidity ranges are available?
Typical chambers operate between –70 °C and +250 °C with humidity control from 10 % RH to 98 % RH. Custom ranges are also available.

Q3: Do you offer chambers for thermal shock or rapid temperature change?
Yes. Two- and three-zone thermal shock chambers are available for rapid transitions between hot and cold extremes.

Q4: What industries use environmental chambers?
They are widely used in materials research, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and educational laboratories.

Q5: Can the chambers be calibrated locally?
Yes. Testech provides NATA-accredited calibration and maintenance services throughout Australia.
